These terms govern your use of this website. They do not govern any project engagement with MIYAAR, which is set out separately in a signed agreement.

Projects on this website labelled a design study or illustrative study are exactly that: design work prepared by MIYAAR to demonstrate its thinking. They are not representations of completed commissions, and no client, photography or construction credit is claimed for them.

Where a project is presented as completed MIYAAR work, it is published with client permission and accurate attribution.

The investment guide and the estimator produce indicative information only. They are not quotations, offers or commitments, and no figure produced by them is binding on MIYAAR or on you.

Actual project investment is established only after a site visit, a defined scope, an agreed specification and a signed agreement. MIYAAR does not contract on a rate per square foot.

Articles, checklists and resources on this website are general guidance based on our experience. They are not architectural, engineering, structural, legal or financial advice for your specific site or circumstances, and should not be relied on as a substitute for a qualified professional appraisal of your project.

Regulatory requirements, planning authority jurisdictions and market conditions change. Content carries a review date; verify anything time-sensitive independently before acting on it.
