What standard do you expect from partners?
A written scope or BOQ before work begins; code and safety compliance on every site; samples approved before work is repeated; no unauthorised substitutions; a documented variation process; payment milestones in the work order; site induction and incident reporting; confidentiality; anti-bribery obligations; and a clear grievance route.
Does applying mean I am an approved MIYAAR partner?
No. An application is the start of a conversation. There is no public badge, listing or approval until a person has reviewed your work, verified your references and credentials, and agreed terms with you, and even then, every project is prequalified separately.
Is this a paid directory or a lead-generation service?
No. There is no fee to apply and no listing to buy. MIYAAR keeps a curated network of collaborators for its own projects and retains responsibility for procurement, technical qualification and supervision on every one.
Can contractors outside Karnataka apply?
Professionals and manufacturers anywhere in India can apply. MIYAAR-contracted construction currently runs only in supported Karnataka locations, so on-site trade and contracting work is concentrated there. Applying from elsewhere does not mean MIYAAR builds in your area.
What happens to my information if I am not taken forward?
It is used only to assess your application and is not shared for anyone's marketing. Applications that are not taken forward are deleted after a defined retention period, and you can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.
Should I send identity documents or bank details?
No. Please do not send identity scans, bank details or payment information with an application. If a collaboration proceeds, any documents genuinely needed are requested separately and handled privately.
