How it works

We build it to rent.

Most rental buildings are designed by whoever is cheapest and built to be sold quickly. Ours are planned for tenants from the first sketch, so they stay easy to let and cheap to maintain.

    We find and design

    A standard Bengaluru plot, planned from the start as a rental building: unit sizes, layouts and finishes chosen for tenants and for long life.

  2. Step 2

    We build it

    Built by MIYAAR to the same documented standard as our Design & Build projects, with drawings, BOQ and inspections on record.

  3. Step 3

    You own it

    You buy the finished property, with its documents, and own a building designed to earn rent every month.

Is the rental income guaranteed?

No. Rent depends on occupancy, tenants and the local rental market. Where we show a rent figure for a property, it is an estimate with the assumptions written next to it, not a promise.

What do I actually buy?

The completed property: the land and the building on it, with its title, approvals and handover documents. The exact unit mix, size and price are set out separately for each property.

Where are these properties?

In Bengaluru, where MIYAAR builds. Each listing names the area; exact addresses are shared directly with serious buyers.

What should I check before buying?

Clear title, the sanctioned plan and approvals, RERA registration where it applies, the actual build against the drawings, and the basis of any rent estimate. We share these documents for every property, and we recommend independent legal advice before you commit.
