Renovation & extension
Design anywhere · build in Karnataka
Renovating or extending an existing house, including adding a floor, starts with whether the structure can take it. That needs a site assessment by a qualified structural engineer before any design imagery. MIYAAR sequences feasibility, design and phasing, and builds in supported Karnataka locations.

Common
questions.
How do I know if my house can take another floor?
Only through an on-site structural assessment by a qualified engineer, usually including the original drawings if they exist and, where needed, tests on the existing structure. Nobody can answer it reliably from photographs.
Can we live in the house during the work?
Sometimes. It depends on the scope and safety; a phasing plan sets out what is possible before work starts.
