Yes. Design is available across India, subject to the brief, local rules and the site information we can gather. A local professional handles statutory submissions where required, and your appointed contractor builds it.
Do you visit the site?
In and around Bengaluru, yes. Elsewhere, site visits are agreed case by case; otherwise we work from a survey by a local surveyor you appoint.
