What we need from you
Site location, ownership status and any existing drawings or surveys. An honest investment range and the timeline you have in mind. Who makes decisions, and time with all of them.
What you receive
A written recommendation on the right route. A documented Life Brief. A site intelligence summary.
Who is responsible
Project Principal. Design Lead.
What can delay it
Missing title or survey documents. Decision-makers not available together. Site access for the survey.
What happens next
Concept options are explored against the approved brief.
Is the first conversation charged?
The initial qualification conversation is not a design commission. Fees for the Life Brief and design stages are agreed in writing before work starts.
Can this phase be done remotely?
The conversation can be. A site study needs someone on site: for design-only work outside Karnataka, that may be a local surveyor you appoint.
